WHEN A LEARNER SIGN-OFF IS REQUIRED

The email identifies the record.
The learner sets the certificate name at sign-off.

For Healthcare Security Awareness and HIPAA Fundamentals, the learner begins with the permitted training-record email. At final submission, the learner accepts the attestation and enters the full name that should appear on the certificate. Wardably records that sign-off and issues the certificate only when the assessment passes.

Enter the permitted email expected by the organization; an individual link fills and locks it automatically.

Answer the server-scored assessment, accept the attestation, and enter the certificate name once.

Choose Annual Security Awareness Fundamentals, name the campaign, and launch with the recommended settings. Add requirements only when useful.

Required: course and campaign name.
Recommended default: 80% passing score.

Share once or assign individually

For the lightest rollout, copy one campaign link into email, Teams, Slack, an intranet, or an HR checklist. For tighter attribution, paste the learner emails and let Wardably submit a unique, email-bound link to each recipient. Neither method requires directory access or learner accounts.

Shared link: fastest for a trusted internal channel.
Roster-protected link: the same link, limited to approved emails.
Individual links: each recipient must use their own valid link; the organization identity is revealed only after that link is validated.

Open, learn, pass, and download

The learner identifies the training record with the requested email and, for most modules, a name. Modules with a final learner attestation collect the certificate name once at sign-off. After the interactive course and server-selected assessment, a passing result immediately provides the public verification record, PDF certificate, and completion badge.

Returning learner: entering the same email resumes progress or retrieves an existing certificate.
Failed attempt: the learner receives review topics and can retry with alternate assessment questions.

Does every employee need an email from Wardably?+

No. Choose one shared campaign link, a roster-protected shared link, or individual email links. Wardably needs no access to the organization’s mail system or directory.

Will the organization name appear to learners?+

It is shown by default so learners recognize who assigned the training. Administrators can hide it or set a learner-facing display name. On individual-link campaigns, Wardably does not reveal the organization or campaign name until the recipient token is validated.

How is the learner connected to the record?+

Shared-link learners submit a name and email. The organization can enforce its business domain or exact roster. Individual links lock the assigned email. This is practical attribution, not independent government-identity verification.

Can an administrator take the course?+

Yes. Administrators can use the complete public preview or open their own organization campaign exactly like another learner.

What happens after a campaign is paused or expires?+

New progress is blocked. Completed learners can still use the same valid shared or individual access to retrieve an issued certificate. An administrator can reopen or extend the campaign; an existing learner can resume while billing is temporarily unavailable.

What should we retain?+

Use your organization’s own records policy. Wardably provides the campaign CSV, individual certificates, verification IDs, and bulk certificate ZIP so the organization can retain the evidence appropriate to its process.
