WHAT THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES
Attributable assignment
The campaign records the assigning organization, selected course and version, settings, delivery method, and permitted roster or domain controls.
Recorded final sign-off
At submission, the learner accepts the attestation and enters the full name for the certificate. A passing result preserves the sign-off name, timestamp, and attestation version.
Downloadable completion proof
The learner receives a named certificate and badge. Administrators can export the campaign record or download every currently valid certificate in one ZIP.
Operational follow-up
Administrators can distinguish assigned, started, in-progress, retry-needed, and completed learners and retain exports under their own records policy.
HIPAA scope and data boundary: Wardably supports general workforce security awareness and documentation. It does not replace an organization’s privacy-policy training, role-specific procedures, risk analysis, technical safeguards, legal review, sanctions process, or incident-response program, and it does not guarantee compliance. Wardably needs workforce identity and training metadata only—do not enter PHI, ePHI, patient names, or case details in campaign, learner, support, or other free-text fields.

The current HIPAA Security Rule requires a security awareness and training program for workforce members. The Privacy Rule separately requires training on the organization’s policies and procedures as necessary and appropriate for each function.
