BUYING QUESTIONS
Simple by design.
Start the organization first. The 14-day trial lets an IT administrator validate the complete learner and evidence workflow before paying.
Do learners need accounts?
No. Only organization administrators sign in. Learners open the training link and enter the record details their organization requires. Modules with a final attestation collect the learner’s certificate name at sign-off.
What support is included?
Every paid organization gets direct 1:1 help from a Wardably point of contact through the in-app support inbox or support@wardably.com. There is no separate support add-on. Concierge Launch is an optional one-time service for organizations that want Wardably to perform the agreed first-launch setup work.
What happens if we cancel?
Future annual PayPal renewals stop. Training access continues through the paid-through date, and historical completion and certificate records remain available for export afterward while the organization account remains active.
Why is pricing annual?
Most organizations assign awareness training as an annual requirement. A 12-month plan keeps the workspace, evidence, and training available for the initial rollout, follow-up campaigns, and new hires without monthly billing decisions.
What if we need more than 500 learners?
Contact support@wardably.com for an organization plan sized to your rollout.
How is payment handled?
PayPal processes the annual subscription. Wardably does not receive or store card or bank-account details. Concierge Launch is scoped and invoiced separately before service work begins.
