Training evidence, accurately described.

Purpose

Wardably provides browser-based security awareness, phishing, and AI literacy training, organization administration, completion tracking, and related records. Organizations remain responsible for selecting role-appropriate training, assigning it to the intended people, communicating their information-security and AI policies, supervising workforce activity, and meeting their legal, contractual, and regulatory duties.

Certificates

A Wardably certificate confirms that the record with the displayed name successfully completed the identified training module. Public course previews are anonymous, sample-only experiences and do not issue certificates. Assessment scores and passing thresholds remain in the organization’s private administrative record and are not displayed on the public certificate. The submitted email address is also retained privately and is not displayed on the public certificate. The password-free learner flow does not independently verify the learner’s identity or control of the submitted email address; an available business-domain restriction and optional exact-email roster can limit accepted addresses but are not mailbox verification. Learners can explicitly request one certificate email; Wardably limits those requests to reduce misuse. A certificate is not an academic degree, professional license, accredited certification, regulatory approval, or guarantee of competency.

Compliance statement

Wardably training and records may support a security-awareness, AI-literacy, governance, compliance, customer-assurance, cyber-insurance, or audit program. Use of Wardably does not by itself establish compliance with any law, regulation, contract, standard, or framework. Appropriate training and controls depend on each organization’s workforce, roles, systems, data, risks, policies, industry, contracts, and jurisdiction and must be evaluated by qualified personnel.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wardably to impersonate another person, issue fraudulent records, collect learner data without authority, probe the service, introduce malicious content, or interfere with availability. Campaign administrators must have a legitimate basis for training the people they invite and should distribute training links through trusted channels. Wardably is not intended to receive patient records: do not submit PHI, ePHI, patient names, medical details, or case information in campaign, learner, support, upload, or other free-text fields unless Wardably has expressly agreed to that workflow in writing.

Availability and records

The Wardably service operator maintains the hosted application and operational backups. Customer organizations are responsible for deciding what evidence they require, applying an appropriate retention policy, and exporting records needed for employee files or audits rather than treating public verification as the sole archive.

Campaign controls

Campaign due dates, pauses, and organization suspension can prevent learners from starting, progressing, or earning a new certificate. Previously issued certificate records may remain available for authorized reporting and verification subject to applicable retention requirements.

Trial and plan limits

New organizations receive the trial period and learner capacity displayed during signup. Trial and paid plan capacity is consumed when a distinct learner email address is assigned to managed training or first starts through an open link during a rolling 12-month period. The same email can complete additional campaigns or modules without using another slot. Wardably may prevent new assignments, campaigns, or learner starts after a trial, paid-through period, grace period, or learner limit ends; existing evidence remains exportable subject to retention requirements.

Optional Concierge Launch

Concierge Launch is a separately scoped, one-time setup service and is not required to use Wardably. The requesting organization represents that its designated administrator is authorized to provide the approved learner roster and rollout instructions. Wardably will confirm the included campaign, learner count, fee, handoff method, and delivery plan before work begins, and will not launch or send the prepared training without the organization’s approval. Unless a written scope says otherwise, this service does not include legal advice, a compliance guarantee, custom course development, system integration, or ongoing managed administration.

Annual subscriptions and automatic renewal

Paid plans provide 12 months of access and renew annually through PayPal at the price selected during checkout until cancelled. The organization owner authorizes PayPal to make those recurring annual charges. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added or remain the customer's responsibility depending on the transaction.

Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds

An organization owner can cancel future renewal from the Wardably billing page or through PayPal. Cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period; access continues through the recorded paid-through date. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or when Wardably confirms a duplicate charge or billing error. Failed payments may receive a limited grace period before new campaigns and learner starts are disabled. Historical records are not deleted solely because payment ends.

Payment processor

PayPal processes subscription authorization and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Wardably stores provider references, plan, amount, currency, lifecycle status, and billing-event history needed to provision access and provide support. Wardably does not receive or store PayPal passwords, complete card numbers, or bank-account credentials.
