Transparent completion evidence

A completion record
designed to be checked.

A Wardably certificate is backed by a server-scored training record—not a decorative document anyone can generate. Its unique ID opens a public status page with the facts needed to validate the completion.

WHAT THE RECORD CONTAINS

Evidence with a clear chain back to training.

Every passing completion freezes the evidence that mattered when the certificate was issued, even if an administrator later changes a campaign setting.

01

Attributable record

The certificate shows the learner-entered name, assigning organization, completed course, completion date, unique ID, and current record status.

02

Versioned content

The completed course name, course key, content version, configured passing threshold, and result are stored with the record rather than inferred later.

03

Live status

A long, unguessable certificate ID resolves to a public record. Corrections update the record, and revoked certificates show revoked status and lose downloadable artifacts.

HOW IT IS EARNED

Completion requires the course and its assessment.

Wardably develops curated, scenario-based workplace learning informed by established cybersecurity and AI-risk practices. Progress is enforced in sequence, final answers are scored on the server, and a certificate ID is issued only after the learner meets the organization’s configured threshold.

  • Sequential, scenario-based learning steps
  • Server-selected and server-scored final assessments
  • Topic-balanced question pools with alternate retry questions
  • Administrator-selected passing threshold of 60%, 80%, or 100%
  • Timestamped, versioned completion evidence
  • Administrative correction, revocation, restoration, and audit history

HONEST BOUNDARIES

Professional evidence, precisely described.

Trust comes from saying exactly what the record proves.

What does a Wardably certificate prove?+

It confirms that Wardably recorded the displayed learner name successfully completing the identified version of the course on the shown date. Assessment and campaign details remain in the organization’s private administrative record.

Is Wardably an accredited certification body?+

No. This is a verifiable certificate of completion for workplace training and organization evidence files. It is not an academic degree, professional license, personnel certification, government approval, or guarantee of regulatory compliance.

How is learner identity handled?+

The password-free flow uses the name and email submitted by the learner. Business-domain accounts can enforce their verified domain, while any organization can optionally use an exact-email roster. These controls are not independent identity verification, so organizations should share links through trusted internal channels.

Why is the assessment score not printed on the certificate?+

The certificate’s purpose is to document successful completion. The score, configured passing threshold, and attempt history remain available in the private organization record and campaign export.

Can a bad record be fixed or withdrawn?+

Yes. Authorized organization administrators can correct a learner name or email, revoke or restore a certificate with an audit record, rotate a compromised campaign link, or delete a learner record when their retention policy permits.

How is the material developed?+

Wardably publishes curated workplace scenarios reviewed as versioned course content. The material emphasizes durable security and risk-management decisions and clearly directs learners to follow their own organization’s more specific policies and reporting process.
