Preparation of a shared, roster-protected, or recipient-specific delivery method and a concise learner message that matches the campaign.
Approval and launch
One review cycle and launch only after the designated organization administrator gives explicit approval.
Administrator handoff
A short handoff covering completion tracking, certificate download, CSV export, and where to reach direct 1:1 support.
Clear boundary: Concierge Launch is operational setup assistance, not legal advice, a guarantee of compliance, custom course development, an integration project, or ongoing managed administration. Wardably will never ask for directory, mailbox, or identity-provider credentials. Larger rosters or additional coordination are quoted before work begins.

The annual plan pays for the platform. Concierge Launch is an optional one-time engagement for organizations that want help with the first rollout.
Is Concierge Launch required?
No. Wardably remains fully self-service, and direct 1:1 product support is included with every paid plan. Concierge Launch is for organizations that want Wardably to perform the agreed first-launch setup work.
What should we send in the first message?
Send only the organization name, course, approximate learner count, preferred date, and contact information. Do not include the learner roster in the public support form; we will confirm the request and arrange the handoff.
Will Wardably send training without our review?
No. We return the prepared campaign details for review and require approval from the designated organization administrator before the agreed launch or delivery.
Does this replace our organization administrator?
No. Your organization retains its administrator, makes the rollout decisions, and controls its records. The service simply removes the initial configuration and roster-preparation work.
