Security awareness training documentation

Know what was assigned.
Show what was completed.

Wardably connects the training assignment, learner activity, assessment result, certificate, and administrator exports in one attributable record. This page explains exactly what evidence is available and what it does—and does not—establish.

CAMPAIGN DOCUMENTATION

The context behind the completion.

The campaign identifies which organization assigned which course through which learner link. Administrators can set an optional deadline, completion target, passing score, email-domain restriction, or exact-email roster. The course name and version remain attached to the record so a later export is more useful than a loose list of names.

ASSIGNMENT

Campaign identity

Organization, campaign name, unique link, course title, course key, content version, creation time, and current campaign status.

REQUIREMENTS

Configured expectations

Passing score, optional due date, optional expected-learner target, and the applicable link-access controls.

ACCESS

Learner boundary

Optional organization email-domain enforcement and optional exact-email roster restriction without learner accounts.

CHANGE

Administrator history

Sensitive organization and campaign actions are captured in the organization’s audit view for operational accountability.

LEARNER AND COMPLETION DOCUMENTATION

01

Identity supplied for the training record

Learner name and email are tied to the organization campaign. Returning with the same email resumes the existing enrollment rather than creating a learner account.

02

Activity and progress

Start time, last activity, current progress, attempt count, and completion state help administrators distinguish not started, in progress, retry needed, and completed outcomes.

03

Server-scored assessment result

The application selects and scores the assessment on the server. A passing result records the score, configured threshold, course title, course version, and completion timestamp behind the certificate.

04

Certificate and verification status

A unique certificate ID connects the PDF and badge to a public verification record. Administrators can revoke an invalid certificate with a reason or restore it when appropriate.

EXPORTS FOR ORGANIZATION FILES

CSV

Detailed campaign export

A portable spreadsheet-oriented record for reconciliation, employee files, completion follow-up, and organization-controlled retention.

ZIP

Bulk certificate archive

One download containing the currently available completed PDF certificates for the selected campaign.

PDF

Individual certificate

A learner-facing completion document with name, organization, course, date, certificate ID, and verification reference.

SVG

Completion badge

A separate portable visual badge generated from the same valid completion record.

What this evidence proves: It supports the claim that the identified learner completed the identified version of the Wardably course on the recorded date and met the configured passing threshold. What it does not prove: It does not independently establish legal compliance, policy adequacy, employee behavior after training, professional competence, or the effectiveness of the organization’s complete security program.
