Certificate boundary: The certificate truthfully documents completion of the named, versioned Wardably course. It does not display the assessment score or passing threshold and is not an academic degree, professional license, government credential, or independent certification of the learner’s organization.
WHAT THE ADMINISTRATOR RETAINS
More than a decorative certificate.
The organization workspace preserves the operational record behind each issued certificate. Administrators can track the current campaign, inspect learner progress, correct a learner’s name or email when appropriate, revoke an invalid certificate with a recorded reason, and export the evidence.
Attributable activity
Submitted name and email, start and last-activity timestamps, progress, result, completion date, and attempts.
Portable records
Detailed CSV results plus one ZIP containing all currently valid completed certificates for the campaign.
Record status
Certificate verification, controlled revocation and restoration, and administrator audit entries for sensitive actions.
Privacy note: Public certificate verification shows completion information needed to verify the record. Administrators should explain their training-record practices to learners and retain exports according to their own privacy, employment, and records policies.
